This is such a simple cookie recipe, you really can't go wrong. Unless of course your allergic to nuts! Then I suggest you check out some of my other cookie recipes :)
We often make these up for a weekends treat, when we want some cookies to have with tea while we enjoy whatever the weekend has brought. Sometime we devour all of them, and sometimes they last an extra day or two ;)
Hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
All you need is;
1 cup of organic peanut butter
1/2 cup cane sugar
1 egg
dash of vanilla extract
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 315
Cream together first four ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Once its mixed nicely together add in the chocolate chips.
Place spoonfuls of the dough onto a sheet of parchment paper.
Bake for about 12 mins, then let them cool for 5 - 10 minutes before taking them off the pan and placing them onto the dry wrack.
