Grain Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

These almond flour cookies are actually really good!! Even my husband says so ;)
I don't like using coconut flour myself, I find it drys things out to much so these are made by only using almond flour!! Enjoy :)
Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour 1/3 cup can sugar 1/2 tsp baking soda Pinch of sea salt 1/2 cup butter or coconut oil 1 egg Splash vanilla 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Now to prep it;
Lightly mix flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Add in butter OR coconut oil, vanilla and egg...and mix well!! Hand stir in the chocolate chips. Scoop out into tbsp sized balls, flatten lightly. I made my cookies 50 grams each so they were bigger but you can make any size you would like! Just note that it will change your serving sizes and your macro info.
Bake at 350 for 12 mins
