The Dangers of Artificial Sweeteners.

Artificial sweeteners are a non-nutritive sweetener that wracks a lot of havoc on your health! If you are using any of these artificial sweeteners please stop!! Introduced back in the 1950's, these sugar alternatives were offered to give you the sweet sugary taste without the calories, but how do they effect our bodies?
The symptoms that come with the consumption of these sweeteners are astronomical; headaches, migraines, cardiovascular disease, weight gain, and can actually cause an addiction to the sweetener itself. I have read numerous studies on artificial sweeteners artificial sweeteners causing weight gain, increasing neurological disorders, and increasing diabetes. Folks these are toxic chemicals, and our bodies natural store toxins in our fat cells. So if you are trying to loose weight you need to get off the thought that 'diet soda' helps you loose weight.. cause your actually better to continue drinking the regular soda, but hopefully no soda at all ;)
